Nimbl is operated by Amphora LLC. Final terms will cover at least the following.
The marketplace
Nimbl connects facilities with independent anesthesia providers. The facility is the provider’s client; Nimbl is not the provider’s employer or staffing agency.
Facilities
- Posting accurate shifts, and paying the service fee on approved hours.
- Payment terms and invoicing.
- Non-circumvention: a conversion fee for booking a provider met through Nimbl off-platform within 12 months.
Providers
- Accurate credentials, and keeping them current.
- Reliability: confirming or declining promptly; cancellations count toward a reliability record.
- Non-circumvention: no taking work off-platform from a facility met through Nimbl within 12 months.
Everyone
- No patient information in messages.
- Account suspension and deletion.
- Liability, disputes and governing law (Arizona).
