Privacy policy
Nimbl is operated by Amphora LLC. This policy covers the Nimbl mobile app and this website.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, phone (optional), and your role (provider or facility team member).
- Providers: provider type, NPI, license and certification details and the documents you upload, years of experience, specialties, availability, pay preferences, and an approximate home location (a ZIP code centroid or a location rounded to about 0.7 miles). We don’t track your location in the background.
- Facilities: facility name, address, contact details and the shifts you post.
- Activity: applications, bookings, hours submitted, messages between providers and facilities, and reliability events such as cancellations.
- Device: a push-notification token if you allow notifications.
How we use it
- To match providers with shifts and let facilities review applicants.
- To verify credentials. Facilities see verification badges, never your documents.
- To send notifications about applications, bookings, messages and expiring credentials.
- To bill facilities for the service fee, and to keep the marketplace reliable and safe.
What facilities and providers see about each other
Until a facility accepts a provider, the provider sees a general description and area, not the facility’s name or address. The name is shown on acceptance; the address and contact on confirmation. Facilities see an applicant’s name, experience, verification status and approximate distance.
Storage and security
Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) in the United States. Uploaded documents are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived links. Access rules are enforced in the database.
Your choices
- You can edit your profile and remove documents in the app.
- You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account). We remove your profile, documents and login; records needed for billing and tax are kept without your name.

Health information
Nimbl isn’t designed to hold patient information. Messages carry a reminder not to include patient names or details.
